Maintaining for continued success

We offer two types of maintenance services to support the evolution of your site: warranty maintenance and ongoing maintenance.

SEO and analytics

RealDecoy’s search engine optimization (SEO) services ensure that your target audience can find your site—easily. Our web analytics reporting services make sure your site is working as effectively as possible.

We arm you with the information you need to be proactive and make informed decisions. We monitor the performance of your site and provide monthly recommendations to improve its performance.

Web Analytics Reporting

What is it:

As defined by the Web Analytics Association: “Web Analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of Internet data for the purposes of understanding and optimizing Web usage.”

Why we do it:

Web Analytics, when measured properly allow you to determine the performance of your site and make edits as necessary to increase your return on investment. Our web analytics measure your sites performance against a baseline that is determined through ongoing observation and discussion. This allows us to produce monthly reports that are tied to your external marketing endeavours, giving you an accurate picture of how your site is performing.

At the same time, our Web Analytics service allows us to measure your sites effectiveness and make proactive adjustments to improve its performance.

Search Engine Optimization

What is it:

SEO is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a website from search engines.

Why we do it:

The goal of SEO is to improve your website’s page ranking — to move the site’s listing closer to the top of a search engine’s results for specific terms as well as to improve the number of qualified visitors.

In order to maintain consistently high rankings, a solid SEO program must be put in place. Because search engines continuously change the criteria and algorithms used to find and rank results, A SEO strategy must be closely monitored and easily adaptable to changing environments.

RealDecoy does not provide active Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities such as paid placement, contextual advertising, and/or paid inclusion. We can provide a list of agencies which provide these services.

Ongoing maintenance

What is it:	Any time after the project has been deployed, additions, changes, or any other service can be arranged under an “ongoing maintenance” agreement. This agreement also covers fixes or modifications to the system after the warranty period has expired.
Why we do it:	We are proud of the work we do and want to make sure it is working for you. We can provide any type of service that may be required to maintain the site, whether it is making a minor design change, changing content, modifying how the site works, or adding new functionality.

Warranty maintenance

What is it:	After the site has been successfully deployed, the project enters the warranty period. During this time, any problems with the site that fall under the original project scope are rectified in a timely manner and at no charge (subject to the terms of the warranty).
Why we do it:	RealDecoy stands by its clients and understands the value and investment their sites represent; therefore, correcting any problems found during once the site is live becomes a top priority, completed as soon as possible, usually within a matter of hours.
