A project enters the warranty period after the website has been successfully deployed. Problems associated with the site are rectified efficiently and at no cost during this period (subject to the terms of the warranty). The warranty however does not cover costs associated with website additions that fall outside of the original project scope.
An ongoing maintenance agreement ensures that modifications or repairs to the website can be made following the deployment of the project - either during the warranty period and when the warranty has expired. Usability testing can provide you with measurable and definite feedback on how your users are using your site and if they are experiencing issues. RealDecoy can organize and run sessions to determine problem areas, or to find alternatives to current problem areas of your current site.
