Every website must evolve over time to keep pace with changes in technology, the organization and its objectives. Our website maintenance approach takes two forms:
Warranty maintenance
A project enters the warranty period after the website has been successfully deployed. Problems associated with the site are rectified efficiently and at no cost during this period (subject to the terms of the warranty). The warranty however does not cover costs associated with website additions that fall outside of the original project scope.
Ongoing maintenance
An ongoing maintenance agreement ensures that modifications or repairs to the website can be made following the deployment of the project - either during the warranty period and when the warranty has expired. There are 3 levels of service that clients can select from in an ongoing maintenance contract:
- Service Level Three — ‘Same-day’ response
- Service Level Two — Response within 24 hours of request
- Service Level One — Response within 48 hours of request
RealDecoy’s maintenance service is applicable to all aspects of your site and includes modifying or adding design, content or functionality.
Web Analytics Monitoring
Our Web Analytics services ensure your site is working as effectively as possible. Properly measured web analytics allow you to determine the performance of your site and make edits as necessary to increase your return on investment. We produce monthly reports tied to your external marketing endeavours, giving you an accurate picture of how your site is performing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
RealDecoy’s SEO services ensure your site is found easily by your target audience. SEO improves the volume and quality of traffic to a your site from search engines. Because search engines continuously change the criteria and algorithms they use to find and rank results, your SEO strategy must be closely monitored and adapt to changing environments.
Usability Testing
Usability testing can provide you with measurable and definite feedback on how your users are using your site and if they are experiencing issues. RealDecoy can organize and run sessions to determine problem areas, or to find alternatives to current problem areas of your current site.
