Your Challenge
As the People and Learning Business Partner, reporting to the Director of People and Learning, you will be responsible for a range of duties which will enable the People and Learning department to deliver best practices and Human Resource (HR) solutions that support the business in conjunction with specialist HR functions. You will work closely with executives and management as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor on all people management, human resources, and organizational performance issues and opportunities. The People and Learning Business Partner will be expected to maximize the effectiveness of RealDecoy's processes, and ultimately our staff, by fostering a culture of engagement. Some of your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

Support and provide consultation to leadership in the delivery of key, best practice global & local HR programs and processes (talent acquisition, career development, performance management, leadership and talent development, succession planning, engagement strategies, compensation planning, health and safety requirements, organization development & design).

Developing and implementing compensation programs/decisions that align with our business strategy.

Recruiting and retaining employees with appropriate skill sets to promote the performance and success of RealDecoy.

Ensure employment practices are in compliance with corporate/legal standards in our multi-country environment.

Determining the HR implications of the strategic and business plans while assessing the needs of the organization along with the inherent risks.

Developing proposals, determining project plans, managing client expectations, developing appropriate interventions and resourcing plans, and ensuring their implementation.

Conduct Human Resources audits as required

Maintaining a coaching culture
We have a dynamic multi-project environment and you will be liaising with the executive team, people managers, and/or with employees directly as part of the process for many of the responsibilities listed above. This will require you to empathize and work with a wide range of technical and project people within our professional services environment. As the Ideal Candidate, You Will Have:

A university degree or college diploma, preferably in business specializing in human resources, or equivalent experience required.
-
A CHRP or other Human Resources designation is an asset.
-
Five to seven years of experience as a human resources generalist/specialist. Must also possess demonstrated track record of strong organization development/effectiveness skills.

Understanding and practical knowledge of change management and effective methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Proven organization and time management skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships and integrate across a variety of stakeholder types.
